How to Order

1. Browse through our collections.

2. Go to ‘Categories’ on the right hand side of the website, and click on the respective catergories you want to view.

3. Email your order to snow980@hotmail.com with the following details

* Name
* Code no. and Quantity
* Choice of mail: Normal mail or registered mail
* Contact Number
* Mailing Address for delivery
* Email Address
* Please ensure that all details are ACCURATE and COMPLETE.

4. We would check on the stock availability, and would revert within 24 hours with a confirmation email indicating the purchase and payment details.

5. Please proceed to make your payment (refer to Payment Options) within 2 days after we send out the confirmation email or items will be released back to the store.

6. Reply us when payment has been made with the following details

* Name
* IBank Nick
* Amount transferred
* Date and time transferred
* reference/transaction number

7. Upon receipt of payment, items will be delivered within the next 3 working days.
